Thanksgiving Weekend

We had such a nice Thanksgiving weekend. Yummy turkey, stuffing, a birthday to celebrate, and family around. It's been wonderful, and I think Ella's enjoyed it most of all. She has been spoiled rotten with all the attention, hugs and kisses she's gotten from Grandma and Grandpa and she's loved every minute of it! =) I have a great video I hope to post soon, so check back in a day or so. It's bound to make you smile.

Ella and her G-pa laughing it up. The little munchkin has been like the energizer bunny with them visiting, and just laughs and laughs and laughs. She can be cautious at first around people she doesn't know, so I'm so glad she's getting so used to her grandparents and enjoys them so much. I want everyone to see what a happy, sweet, loving little girl she is.

What do you think of her new hairstyle? I think she looks pretty darn cute! She won't keep her barrettes in, but it took maybe 10 minutes for her to realize this was in her hair before she yanked it out. ;) We'll keep trying!

First Snow

But very frustrated wearing her gloves that she couldn't pick things up!

I'm not sure she was all that impressed with the snow. After about 5 minutes she wanted all her summer toys pulled out from the garage. :)


Happy winter! I'm hoping and praying we all stay healthy from here on out.

Even when she's sick...

...she still smiles. She's still a joy to be around. She's one tough cookie. I don't know how she can be so sweet and happy when she must be feeling miserable. (And we know she must not be feeling well at all with all she's been through this week. Poor baby.)

She's Stylin'

Ella has decided she wants to be in charge of styling her hair.

Daddy has transformed the box into a little house! We're working on decorating it, and so far Ella really enjoys having her own little space. How cute is that?

Daddy took the afternoon off and we played at the park and went out to lunch. Always fun when daddy stays home to play! :)

Sleeping Beauty

Just because I get very few pictures of my precious one sleeping. I'm always nervous I'll wake her. This picture was taken the other day after playing for an hour at an indoor play room. She had so much fun and was so utterly exhausted!!! While she was swinging on a tire at the play room she was almost falling asleep, so as soon as her little body was strapped into her car seat she was out like a light.

So beautiful. So peaceful. So sweet. So innocent.
