a cold day at the farm

The kids played in the back of Pa's blazer. Simple pleasures.

Later we went to the farm to visit some animals. Can you tell it was cold?

We celebrated Ella's 4th birthday today at the playground with all her friends.

We love the African Safari

We decided at the last minute to use my groupon and head to the African Safari. It was so much fun!!!!

Of course we visited their playground.. :)

And Ella rode a pony for the first time! She was so brave. :)

They had llama rides too, but I couldn't convince Ella to give it a try. I got William to pet the llama's nose though!

Driving through the animals was so much fun. These pictures make me laugh.

And this friendly guy had his entire head in the car! I had the bag of carrots on my lap and in he came looking for food. :) We all freaked out a bit!

But we were still all smiles.
