The Letter B

Ella's been getting more and more interested in the letters of the alphabet, so since B is one of her favorites, I decided to start there. Hopefully we'll get to work on one letter a week. Today we made a BEE!

She painted the letter B.

Went absolutely crazy with glue...and then stuck the stripes down.

..and we glued on the wings and attached the antennae.

Pretty cute huh? Thanks to this website. She's got awesome age-appropriate ideas. It's especially helpful now when I'm still lacking on the sleep and my brain isn't functioning as it used to! :)

Ella also made a tissue paper collage...because she loves using glue. She stuck a handful of squares down, pushed the paper away and declared, "Done!" Nice. :)
